Agata Hae In praktykuje medytację od 2000 roku, pierwsze lata w linii soto zen w tradycji Roshiego Jakusho Kwonga. Przez 15 lat odbywała tradycyjny trening zen zamieszkując w świątyniach i ośrodkach w Polsce, USA i Korei, gdzie przyjęła monastyczne święcenia. Spędziła łącznie ponad 4 lata na milczących odosobnieniach. Obecnie jako świecka osoba prowadzi podcast “Jasny Umysł – Buddyzm, nauka, kultura”. Przez 8 lat jako członkini i dyrektorka Europejskiego Biura SZKU wspierała demokratyczne zmiany w strukturze zarządzania Sanghą nie tylko przez nauczycieli, ale również uczniów. Jest mgr filozofii oraz psychologii i pracuje w obszarze zdrowia psychicznego, gdzie zajmuje się m.in. duchowym bypassingiem, doświadczeniami zmiany granic ja oraz wpływem ciała i oddechu na koncentrację i jasność umysłu.

Odosobnienie to czas na pogłębianie kontaktu ze swoim wnętrzem oraz budowania harmonii z otoczeniem poprzez wspólną praktykę. Utrzymywanie ciszy / milczenia jest wielkim darem jaki możemy dać sobie oraz pozostałym uczestnikom odosobnienia.
Pierwszy tydzień Kyol Che jest częścią trzytygodniowego odosobnienia odbywającego się w świątyni Wu Bong Sa oraz trzymiesięcznego europejskiego programu letnich odosobnień.

You are cordially invited to the first week of the Kyol Che 2024 summer retreat in Poland, where Agata Hae In JDPSN will teach.
Agata Hae in has been practicing meditation since 2000, the first years in the Soto Zen line in Roshi’s tradition Jakusho Kwong. For 15 years, she had traditional Zen training living in temples and centers in Poland, the USA and Korea, where she adopted monastic ordinations. She spent a total of over 4 years in silent retreats. Currently, as a secular person, he runs a “bright mind – Buddhism, science, culture” podcast. For 8 years, as a member and director of the European Office of KUSZ, she supported democratic changes in the Sangha management structure, not only by teachers but also students. She holds the MA of philosophy and psychology and works in the area of mental health, where he deals with, among others spiritual bypassing and the influence of body and breath on concentration and brightness of the mind.
The retreat is open to anyone who wants to begin or continue the practice of meditation rooted in the Korean sŏn Buddhist tradition and centered around the teachings of Zen Master Seung Sahn DSSN, founder of the Kwan Um School.
Daily retreat program:
– morning bowing practice
– chanting practice (morning and evening)
– Zen work practice (60 min)
– 4 blocks of zen meditation (rounds of 30 / 45 min)
– walking practice / kinhin – walking in the forest and in between rounds of zen meditation
– Formal vegetarian meals
and time for rest and sleep.
There will be two individual talks with the teacher during the weekly session.
